This was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had. I made several purchases costing hundreds of dollars, then never received a receipt in email. I had to call Customer Service to have it issued.
Shame on me, but I hadn't read their review policy, assuming it would be comparable to any quality department store. One of the items I had purchased was a pair of shoes for my nephew's birthday that was a couple of months away. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit. He never wore them as he couldn't even get his foot into the shoe. I took them back to the Nordstrom Rack store and was told they would not accept them as it had been 67 days since the purchase - even though the shoes were still in the box with the stickers, packing, etc., and had never been worn. So, unless you're a last-minute gift-buyer, you're pretty much out of luck if something doesn't fit the person you bought for. I get that the store clerk was just telling me the policy, but she did it rudely and before I could even ask a question about it, she shouted "next" to the person next in line to move me along.
I will never buy from Nordstrom Rack again.
