Nordstrom claims items are delivered even when the tracking shows they were not delivered. I received a refund in February because Nordstrom or the shipping provider lost the item. Today I received a disturbing and mocking letter from Nordstrom financial services claiming that they determined that I received the item and they want the refund back and they are charging me ( without my permission) 40$ that was refunded before. The evidence clearly shows that the item is not delivered and you are going to tell me that you went to my account and took 40$ ? I do not u understand the charges even at all .Also Nordstrom processes refunds in the form of returns. When they mark the item shipped and it vanishes into thin air, after that they process this as a return and not lost item. So they could tell you you returned it? Twisted. I have been traumatized.
