I had a bad experience with Nordstrom. Nordstrom sold me an open and used product by 92$ .. I trust them because they the only one who sold Shiseido foundation and I can buy it with easy way. They did not want to compensate me or return my money back, becomes I shipped it internationally.
Bad customer service unfortunately!
