I ordered Ralph Lauren bedding….never arrived..I just got a run around…I had to place several calls to customer service… escalated the calls to a supervisor… never received the items… they told me that they would credit my account within TWO BILLING CYCLES… I had a zero balance on the Nordstrom card… so they expect me to pay interest on items that I never received..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM NORDSTROM! Unbelievable…..Nordstrom has fallen like just about every other retailer in the USA. Stay away from NORDSTROM.
