Horrible customer service: lack of integrity, and communication.
Ordered on line two different times both are disastered.
The items were never arrived according to the promised when I called the customer service representative blamed the venders. I was so frusrated that I finally had to talk to the supervisors. The ordered was canceled, but I was very disappoint how Nordstrom had lower their standard of the service. It is a shamed.
