I ordered a Skims dress to be picked up at the downtown Seattle store. It took forever to ship, and arrived too late. I was in town visiting and hoped to pick it up before I left.
Sadly it arrived three days after my two week visit. Then, as an added disappointment, I got an email saying thank you for picking up your package! When I did not pick it up.
I called customer service right away. The man I spoke with contacted the store, who indicated that they made a mistake and they would change the status.
Two days later it still shows as picked up. I called customer service again and had to repeat my story a second and third time because the woman I was speaking to had a hard time understanding my story.
Then she put me on hold and never came back. I took a screen shot of the phone, ten minutes on hold is an eternity.
Can anyone at Nordstrom help me fix this? What do I have to do to not get charged for a dress I didn’t pick up? That someone marked as picked up incorrectly?
Is it stolen? I thought one had to provide a QR code, what happened to that?
Someone please help a girl out.
