The Nordstrom is a scammer. Nordstrom failed multiple times to charge my bank account for credit card payment which was very low. My bank NEVER received any payment requests from Nordstrom and Nordstrom was charging for returned payment fees for their failures to take money from bank account. Nordstrom is a jerky scammer to steal money from credit cards, be very careful with their credit card. Or, don't open it.
