I shipped back two items to Nordstrom last year and they were received by Nordstrom but they did not refund me. The items were in original condition with tags and never worn. Nordstrom stole over $1300 from me. For online orders, on multiple occasions they sent me the wrong item. One of my packages was never delivered and they refused to refund me. Bunch of thief’s work at Nordstrom. They are constantly stealing from their customers.
