I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/10. When it hadn’t arrived by 12/24 & according to track your package was no where near being delivered I contacted Nordstrom. Their answer was they would get back to me. They did - they denied my refund! No reason given just we’re not giving you back your money
& we don’t care that you never got the package. I stopped payment by using PayPal dispute & within a few hours I got my money back.
I guess Nordstrom thought I was making a contribution to their bottom line. I will never shop there again.
