Nordstrom only cares about themselves and not their customers!
The customer service at Nordstrom is just terrible and I will never shop there again. I have a compromised gift card that was purchased right at their store. This is not my fault and there should be something that can be done. I shop at Nordstrom a lot and that will change as of today as they did absolutely nothing to rectify this issue. After waiting a week for a response which I never got I called back only to be told the gift card was used and the only thing I am able to do is file a police report! Meanwhile, on my first call with them the customer service person told me she gets 2/3 compromised card calls a day! this is a big issue for them and should offer some empathy and proper help. I should not be out $125 with nothing to show for it because of fraud. Very disappointed in Nordstrom and their lack of customer service for loyal customers.
