Long time customer. Tops for quality and unbelievable service. I even read the book the Nordstrom way to teach our teams how to do it right. Retail is about performance so if you don't outdo other brands your gone. Capitalism at its best. For those that are naysayers pay no mind, keep focused on what you do best, selling great products and providing outstanding service. I'm not going anywhere!
