I haven't had a problem with shipping until my last order. Allowing for the fact they are slow, I thought I placed the order in enough time. However, they still haven't shipped it and it will be too late. I'm not sure why it is so slow - I recently ordered something from the UK that arrived in less time than my Nordstrom orders!
I wanted to point out that Customer Service recommended that they request the package be returned from the carrier, once they ship it. They say they will credit the account like a refund when that happens. That's an alternative if you find yourself in the same position. It's too early to tell how well that actually will work, so I took a screen shot of the Chat to be safe.
