Order #618987451 I accidentally put the wrong zip code and the package was delivered somewhere else even though my address with the wrong zip code does not exist. I made a call to Nordstrom at 4:50 pm CST (Nov 12). The representative told me that I had to be responsible for the delivered package and wouldn't get a refund and a new order won't be placed if USPS can't retrieve it since I entered the wrong information. I told her that I made the mistake before a long time ago and there wasn't any problem. She made fun of me. I also talk to someone on the chat and I asked them to place a new order with expedited shipping. She also refused my request. I am a loyal customer but I won't buy anything from Nordstrom again. Nordstrom just lost a customer over $16 product.
