I used to be a HUGE fan of Nordstrom. Not any more. I’ve been shopping there both in-store and on-line for almost 20 years. They were always professional and lovely to deal with. I can’t say that anymore. Their on-line orders take way too long to arrive even during Christmas which should be a high priority. Their merchandise is not nearly as nice as it used to be which is another huge problem. I’m going to cancel my Nordstrom card ASAP.
