I purchased a Burberry Cashmere scarf online because I couldn't find it directly through Burberry. Nordstrom packaged it poorly, to say the least!!! They do better packaging at the store. It's unbelievable! You would think they would put enough effort in their packaging to match the cost of the purchase! In addition, the scarf is dirty with lint, it does not look new.
I then called customer service and as soon as I stated my package was not packaged properly, they began saying they couldn't hear me.
