Brilliant service and great product. I was almost put off by all the negative reviews on this site but the company made the nicest designed coffee table I could find so I took a chance. I ordered on Monday and received confirmation of delivery the next day. When I had a query on the delivery note I asked a question at 10pm on their web based customer service page and had a reply by the time I got up the next day. By 8am on the Thursday the coffee was sitting in my front room, and looking very nice it is too! I can only talk from my experience but it’s fair to say I would have no hesitation in recommending Oakworld to anyone.
