I ordered the furniture in good faith, 2 flat pack wardrobes with drawers and one large chest of drawers.
The 2 wardrobes + drawers arrived, NO SIGN of the chest of drawers. They had my order and my money and a week later I can get no coherent response from Customer Relations who have had all the details of the furniture which arrived. How hard can it be ? Why don't they answer their phones ? Worst service I have ever had. WHERE IS MY CHEST OF DRAWERS AND WHY DOES NOONE SORT IT OUT.
