DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wouldn't give them one star if it were possible to review without doing so. My advice would be to avoid this company like the plague, or probably more appropriately, Covid 19. I have never experienced such incompetency and extremely poor quality in my life. I'm not one for writing a review, as I generally can't be bothered and aren't one to complain. I just expect what I pay for, is that really too much to ask, in this day and age??? Sadly I had the misfortune to stumble across this company online whilst searching for new bedroom furniture. Here goes my nightmare of using this company and constantly receiving damaged goods. I ordered a set of bedroom furniture that was in stock with estimated delivery of one week, (how excited I was at this point), and yet 5 months later, I have still not received what I paid for. I have finally given up and insisted on a refund. I have had items delivered a total of 3 times in this period, each time causing more stress and inconvenience to myself due to the pure lack of care and accountability from this company. The only positive I can draw from this situation is the staff in customer service who have tried to be helpful by constantly apologising (what good that does) for the constant mistakes made. Sadly this alone does not help resolve the issues, and their hands are firmly tied. I was even promised on the second and third delivery that all items would be checked prior to sending, so that I didn't have to wait for further collections, re order and then to take more time off work to await delivery. To find yet again items were badly damaged. Out of the first delivery date. 5 out of 8 items were so badly damaged they had to be sent back. Although I did opt to keep the wardrobe even though it had been dropped prior to being packed, (even though it had been stamped 3 separate times for quality control). I guess this is where I have to take some ownership. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the website, never did it cross my mind that it wouldn't be perfect, so I had taken down my old fitted furniture and smashed it up ready to cater for the delivery the day after (how naive I was). It was a case of keeping the least damaged items so I could avoid my clothes being left on the floor. The second delivery took 3 months to sort due to the fact they gave me a new delivery date, then on the day of, supposed delivery, I was informed my order had been cancelled as one item was out of stock, and they refused to deliver the out of stock item separately. After another 8 weeks in which there had been constant emails, phone calls, and having to give picture evidence of damaged items I was given a delivery date. Feeling positive that this was the end of the situation and I would finally be happy with what I paid £2500 for. I received my delivery to find 3 out of 4 items so badly damaged they had to be returned. Again I reluctantly kept one item even though it had paint chips on the draw fronts, and scratches on the surface. For both items kept I was given, what they call a "gesture of good will" Talk about insults. In actual fact the gesture of good will, was on my part for accepting a pittance for damaged items that I could have insisted were replaced. This would cost them much more than the £60 they offered. After waiting another 4 weeks for them to collect items, and then yet again cancelling my order in full because one item had been lost in the factory, I received the 3rd delivery date. Again I insisted this be checked for quality before delivery, yet again this did not happen. That order arrived today. This time one item was so badly damaged it needs to be returned. Due to being so exhausted with this company I asked for a refund on this item and will have to get a set of draws from somewhere else. Which will not no match the ones I have waited 5 months for. I simply can't take anymore from this company as I am losing the will to live. After being promised compensation at the end of this I was told today to merely forget it and be grateful they were refunding my last item.
