Ordered a Triple wardrobe which was delivered June 2022, on 12/7/2022 I notified and sent photographs to Oakworld that I was unhappy as there was damage to the wardrobe. After numerous phone calls and emails another wardrobe was supposed to be delivered 27/11/22 this never happened.
So after more phone calls and emails instigated by myself, on 20/12/22 they promised there repairers (Homeserve) would be in touch to attend and rectify the problems 13/1/23 I phone and spoke with Scott who stated there are still waiting for the repairer to contact us and them regarding the planned visit. When complained about the delay all I got was excuses.
Once and if this is resolved I will never use them again, they are unreliable, they don't contact you when they promise and are totally uninterested in resolving issues.
I advised I would post this and Scott did not try to resolve the issue, so here it is.
