These were a great find. . I have one for my I Pad and I Phone. I do suffer from headaches and really hope these will help with that, and dry eye that I sometimes get. Possibly from too much time spent looking at my tech stuff.
Only had them a week so can’t really say if they work or not, but anything that helps stop this ‘blue ‘ light must be a good thing.
