I bought the anti blue screens for both the iPad and iPhone and also 3 light bulbs. I'm delighted with these purchases. Eye strain at the end of the day is the main benefit and you don't notice much difference at all in their use. And i particularly love the light bulbs' glow and have ordered more. Eyes are so important and as we're using phones and tablets so much more it makes so much sense to remove the ill- effects of too much blue light from screens.
