After an initial hiccup with Ocushield's customer service, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction by Dhruvin, the founder of Ocushield after I approached him directly. He personally saw to it that my needs were met. He not only cares for his company but also for his customers and is quite open to feedback you give. The customer service team too turned the whole experience around - from being bitter to a good one. I most certainly will be recommending Ocushield in my social circle.
