I have purchased 4 shields for 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. As far as I can tell the shields work fine. I had one problem in applying the shield to my iPhone 11 Pro. The application of the other shields went fine. The tool provided works just fine. There was a delivery problem (postal service screwed up) and they immediately sent a replacement shipment. Very good customer service and customer friendly. I just ordered 2 new shields to protect the eyes of a couple of iPhone addicts. I recommend this product.
