This screen for my iPad does help to a degree. If I use my iPad for three to four hours ( editing music ) which involves total concentration and focus it still can keep me awake for hour’s or sometimes all night.My biggest problem is with two corners not sticking down.My wife and I were meticulous in cleaning and following instructions yet still they will not stay stuck down.This is why I give it four stars instead of the full five that I would like to have done.
