Definitely made a big difference, I work with a monitor and laptop simultaneously and just looking from one to the other I can feel much less strain when viewing my monitor that currently is outfitted with Ocushield. I also love that it has a bit of a privacy appeal to it as well as my work is often asked to be kept confidential.
