I ordered what turned out to be the wrong size, having measured my PC screen, being confused by your guidance.
I think the best thing you could do to prevent other potential customers having the same experience, is to change the labeling of the measurements to ensure the correct size is ordered. On the Size Guide, for example, '17" W', this measurement labelled 'W', is the actual Diagonal measurement, even though it has a 'W' after it, which most people would read as 'width'.
