Definitely seem to be helping! Got pairs for my husband and myself. I like that the lenses look normal with the slight blue shift at the right angle but they give the orange overtone. Seems to be reducing eye strain and possibly helping me sleep deeper, though it’s hard to know that. I’ve been wearing them every day for a couple weeks during my screen time. Wish they had more frame options, but that’s ok. The lenses smudge easily and are annoying to clean because of this, but that’s really the only negative for me.
