Recently I purchased blue light monitor filter and am very happy with it and with their customer service! They provide an excellent support. Before placing my order I asked many questions by e-mail about the monitor and additional custom fees that customers base din European Union need to pay as I leave in Belgium. I was so surprised when Stuti suggested me to reimburse 50% of my custom fee afterwards and they did it. She also provided very detailed answers to all my questions within same day - very professional. I didn't expect it at all, especially given that Ocushield products are the best on the market and not cheap. Mainly because of their customer service and reimbursement of my custom fee I ordered their monitor filter and not the cheaper version from the competitors. Thank you Stuti and Amin!
