Have only had the glasses a few weeks so cannot really report on the longer term benefits. Was advised by my oncologist to cut out blue light from TV or computer monitors for minimum 2hours before sleep for improved circadian rhythm. I have noticed in this short time that I get to sleep easier than before. If this continues then I would change four star to five.
