I had an issue with the first tempered glass screen protector for my iPad Pro 11 2024 having followed absolutely precisely the instructions - lots of areas of circles. The replacement one was sent FOC - still a couple of areas of circles but certainly an improvement for my original purchase; which was following research by myself as seeming to be the best choice. Cannot fault customer service.
