My experience online and by email with the Ocushield staff could not have been better. It is rare nowadays to find such prompt, attentive and understanding responses from any company and it certainly is important, especially to an older person like myself. When I ordered an Ocushield to use on my large computer monitor, I was not sure of whether it would be suitable for me because of some issues with my eyesight, but I wanted to try it. It was delivered quickly and perfectly packed. As soon as I installed the shield on my screen I realised that, unfortunately, my eyesight problems prevented me from using a slightly blueish shield over my computer screen. Regretfully, I asked to return it and was immediately understood and helped by the customer assistant . She arranged a quick and full refund to me. I certainly can highly recommend the Ocushield company.
