Updated review. I ordered screens for my iphone, laptop and monitor. For the most part, "installation" was simple and straightforward, especially for my laptop :). And, I'm really happy with the customer service. I received a damaged screen for the monitor and they sent a replacement. I would absolutely recommend these screens to others.
