This is my 2nd time purchasing. I'd actually give 4.5 stars. To add the film to my labtop, it's way easier than the first time around as I just needed to align it with the magnetc strip at the top of my screen and that's it. Adding the film to phone is trickier but the instructions were clear. I just wish they included a "squeegee" (it was included the first time I purchased the films but, I guess they now leave it out) to help smooth out the bubbles. In this case, I ended jut using my fingers but, it still would have been a little easier.
