I've been having issues with my eyes for the las 5 months and also sleeping issues. So many variables of what could be the problem. I had considered an antiblue light screen protector, but stayed on the fence until recently. I have 1 pc, 2 laptops and an ipad. I bought an anti bluelight screen protector for my 24" pc monitor, which I sometimes use, to play until 2am. And let me tell you that the difference was night and day. I sometimes play more than 6 hours until the AM hours, the fatigue eyes and the hot or burning sensacion my eyes have at the end are sometimes unbearable. With this, not only are my eyes not fatigued, I have absolutely no problem sleeping right after playing. obviously, its a lot better if i didnt actually use any electronic device for the whole day. Its funny, I play till late because I cant sleep. I cant sleep, because I had been playing. Insidious loop. I can also compare to my laptop, which is for work during the day. There are sometimes in which i need to stop using my pc, because work calls in the middle of some gaming, and 5 to 10 minutes using my laptop, my eyes start getting something between dry and hot... also sensible to light. Also eyebrow fatigue. More specifically between the eyebrows. I wont be buying the screen protection for my laptop, because im squeezing the last of it before i start using the other laptop. And I usually use it in the morning and afternoon. Rarely for long times in the evening. And my other laptop already has an antiblue light protection. My only regret, is that I cant buy for my 42" tv. Which if you must know, was the one that got my eyes in trouble. Long story short, got gifted a game (horizon zero dawn), got hooked, ended with red eyes, and havent touched the tv since then. So for me, the tv is the most unhealthy light. Also, my red eyes and sensibility has been almost resolved even during high intensity playing (on pc). And as a last comment, I once a year reset my circadian rhythm and reset my body from unhealthy habits. In case of any worry for my wellbeing.
