I have been using it for a couple of years now and it definitely helps my eyes strains staring at the phone. I have sleep issues and i choose it because even though i am on my phone until late night having ocushield protector on my phone helps in minimizing the affect of phone on my eyes. I also use its unti radiation in back of phone and it’s a great comfort to know i’m minimizing radiation affecting me from both ends.
