Purchased an Iphone screen protector by Ocushield with the blue filter reduction and i’m very impressed (so far) with the clarity of the screen against the phone both during the day and in the evening. Yes you can change the settings to also alleviate blue light but this definitely helps also. I might consider the glasses next. …. Only thing is now getting inundated with adverts on Facebook which is a little annoying.
