I bought both the blue light screen filter and also the blue light glasses as I was finding that long periods studying using my laptop were straining my eyes and causing me to have awful headaches all of a sudden.
As I still have good eyesight with no need for reading glasses yet, I wanted to prevent damage being done to my eyes by using my devices as is.
Since using both the blue light screen filter and also the glasses when I use my phone, my eyes now feel absolutely fine with no more headaches..
A very good investment!
