This was a negative experience. Be aware they have a huge selection on their website but not all these items ( if any) are actually in stock, something they neglect to mention. I ordered a chair which took 5 weeks to appear. Both times I contacted their customer services I got the exact same "cut and paste" responses, i.e., " We have contacted the manufacturer for an update on your order and are awaiting a response. As soon as we have further information for you we will pass this along which we hope will be within 24 hours however in some cases it is taking slightly longer for replies at the moment due to the current situation" . Finally their website proudly boasts all their supposedly fantastic reviews. But thr review site in question allows them to edit reviews (and even delete bad reviews) so it's worthless. Maybe if their customer services spent more time trying to help customers instead of writing responses to suspiciously "glowing" reviews they'd get on better. I'd never use them again that's for sure.
