I'd give zero stars if possible. We called to order an office desk and were advised of which sections to buy by their member of staff. When it arrived it was incorrect. The fitter explained that he would call the office and sort it out. Since then they've taken the part away, refused to accept what was delivered wasn't an error on their part and have refused (despite three of us hearing the phone call) to accept what we were told by their member of staff. We are still missing that section of the desk weeks down the line. They are a disgusting and dishonest organisation.

Dire. Leave this Company well alone. The leather furniture looks great on-line but is dreadful. We had ZERO response from them. You have been warned.

I would give zero or lower if I could, I ordered an office chair for £479 on 29th April for delivery within 2 working days, over a week still not arrived so called to chase and was informed that it had been delivered and basically I was called a liar by customer services, they said they would get a proof of delivery from their carrier to show this, I heard nothing and chased a few days later to find was incorrectly marked as delivered and was still with the haulier and no apology but that it would be going back to them soon to then be redelivered, I asked for a refund as could now not wait any longer but they said they could not process until they had the item back even though i had never received or handled the product and even then be 3-5 days later once they receive the item until refund received, absolutely disgusting service and over 3 weeks now trying to get a refund and be able to purchase another chair elsewhere due to their incompetence, please avoid the hassle and use another company for your purchase

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a chair from these guys back in January 2023 with a 3 year warranty and used it as a chair... not a resting post. The headrest on the chair snapped off whilst I was sitting on it. I raised a warranty case, and Office Furniture Online's response was to suggest that I had been subjecting my chair to extreme circumstances. They would not fulfill my warranty case and had the balls to request me to pay to fix the case that their product had caused. Terrible customer service. If your furniture breaks, do not expect any help from Office Furniture until you pay more for a product you have already bought!

Awful company, terrible chairs, horrible customer service, who find any excuse to refuse a return or accept an exchange. Chair is pure evil and has caused me major pains and back problems. Positive reviews must be fake. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID.Wish I could give 0 stars. Spent £190 on a chair. But it took ma few weeks to assembled and test. Has a mark on it. And the headrest wobbles and is useless. I also find it extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Their customer service team found any excuse for me not to exchange it. I think a cactus 🌵 would be more comfortable and I will have to try and sell it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, CHAIR AND COMPANY, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order a large volume of chairs from them over the years and suffered similar experiences with misquoted delivery dates but always received the goods. We just received a chair with a faulty back rest which, even after supplied pictorial evidence, they refused to accept back as faulty demanding a £54 return fee plus additional costs for repacking getting close to half the price of the chair before shipping. As such I would not recommend using this company as they're fine if you get a good product, delivered on time but any issues and they will not assist.

They are very dishonest, frauds. I have ordered two folding tables on a next day delivery and had paid £200. I have waited the whole day from 8:30-17:30 but did not arrived. I call them next day morning to chase up, they said that it will be delivered today again nothing came. I call customer service at 17:25 just before the phone line close and they said it will be delivered by 6pm, which they lied. I call them next day and apparently they said the courier delivered it to my address and all sorts of lie. I did not received. I do will never buy anything again for sure nor do I recommend anyone. It just a wastemy money

Ordered a chair on on Tuesday with next day delivery, three days on still waiting for the product. Called the customer service and was advised to wait 3 more days before they can re-send the product. The tracking number given doesn't even register on the courier's website, needed the chair urgently, very disappointed. constantly failing to deliver on their promises - Was promised again on Monday (7th day after the initial order) that the chair would be with me by Tuesday/Wednesday, just had an email saying that now the manufacturer has an issue and it wont be delivered as promised and I can order an alternative chair - When called to ask what options I have as an alternative the chap on the phone advised that the sales team is not picking up the phone...... absolute joke, no one has any sense how to resolve a query in a way that it doesn't stress the hell out of the unfortunate customer who made the mistake of ordering something from your business!!!!!

I ordered two identical office cupboards 3 months ago. The cupboards were out of stock and I was made aware at the point of ordering that there is a 8-10 week lead time, which I was happy with so proceeded with the order, making full payment up front. 10 weeks after the order, I received two lots of "Box 2" and "Box 3" - No "Box 1" in sight. After chasing up Office Furniture Online, I was informed that the delivery company ("Tuffnells") had damaged one of the Box 1 and mis-delivered the other one; I was informed that another two would be sent out for next day delivery. A few days went by and so I chased up again, this time apparently Tuffnells had damaged both... This went on 5 times, each time with a different excuse - Both boxes had been delivered (certainly not to me) - Both boxes had been mis-delivered - Both boxes have been lost etc etc... Each time, having to call their customer services and waiting for in excess of 1 hour to speak to someone and each time being told... "leave it with me and we'll get it sorted". I've asked for the tracking details for each delivery and despite being told that they would provide me with the tracking details as soon as they had them, not once have Office Furniture Direct provided me with this information. I strongly suspect that they were not attempting delivery of the missing product at all, but were instead blaming the delivery company to cover their backs. The latest response is that "Box 1 is no longer in stock and there is a 10-12 week lead time" I've wasted a good 5 hours of my life on hold, whilst Office Furniture Direct have hold of my money and are using my house as a storage location for Box 2 and Box 3 of two of their cupboards. Absolutely appauling customer service and a basic inability to delivery on time (or at all) AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND USE A MORE REPUTABLE RETAILER

This was a negative experience. Be aware they have a huge selection on their website but not all these items ( if any) are actually in stock, something they neglect to mention. I ordered a chair which took 5 weeks to appear. Both times I contacted their customer services I got the exact same "cut and paste" responses, i.e., " We have contacted the manufacturer for an update on your order and are awaiting a response. As soon as we have further information for you we will pass this along which we hope will be within 24 hours however in some cases it is taking slightly longer for replies at the moment due to the current situation" . Finally their website proudly boasts all their supposedly fantastic reviews. But thr review site in question allows them to edit reviews (and even delete bad reviews) so it's worthless. Maybe if their customer services spent more time trying to help customers instead of writing responses to suspiciously "glowing" reviews they'd get on better. I'd never use them again that's for sure.

A very appalling seller, stay clear! Not recommended!! Some timeline for reference: Ordered a £350 chair on 27th Oct. Received a severely damaged chair on 28th Oct. The first Contact customer care 28th Oct. The first response from customer care 29th Oct, advising to send a video of the damaged chair. Video sent 29th Oct. No response from OfficeFurnitureOnly until 4th Nov. Raised a dispute with Paypal on 3rd Nov. Received a response from OfficeFurniture on 4th that a replacement is being sent and faulty chair will be collected at the same time. Replacement received 6th Nov. No sight/information about the collection of the faulty chair since. no response to emails. no one to answer their phone.

Appalling customer service! I ordered an office chair with a mesh back. It arrived a couple of days later- wrong name on box, wrong back. I was told if I took a photo by 12 noon I’d get a replacement the next day. That was it... I heard nothing back for days... eventually they delivered a new back but wouldn’t take the wrong back away. The chair I now have is OK BUT I have no idea if the chair I ordered is what I now have. I also have a spare chair back taking up space- and they won’t collect it despite chasing- is that destined for the skip...?? How environmentally unfriendly!! Would NOT RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN!!

Buying a chair online means you are unable to know if the item will really suit you. Always choose a company that honours distance selling legislation and allows you to return items for a full refund and a company that will collect unwanted items for you. OfficeFurnitureOnline offer none of the above except a credit note and rarely answer their customer services phone line. Try ringing it and see for yourself. FOR PEACE OF MIND AND NO HASSLE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Where do I start, I ordered 2 desks and chairs for next day delivery on 10.05.2020, the desks arrived on 14.05.2020, the order was not complete as I was delivered 2 pedestals and 1 desktop and legs. The wooden desk stand was broken, and I had to glue it to be able to mount the first desk! I have contacted customer services (very hard to get, if you press option 2 they will never answer), incompetent staff and agents, only 1 person deals with your order and other agents do not know/want to deal with your query and if they cannot transfer you to the person in charge they will take your number and nobody calls you back. Today 28.05.2020 I have not received the missing order and as usual useless customer services says they will chase supplier and someone will call-back!! Office Furniture Online blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames the courier and I have nothing! The chairs arrived on 21.05.2020 that is very fast for next day delivery!!!!! PS: Office Furniture Online if you see this shame on you! My order is ref 5039930. I will take this to Osmund if no response from you and contact my CC provider.

I ordered some office furniture from Officefurnitureonline for a home/office - desk, pedestal and shelving. I am very pleased with the quality and cost of the desk (the shelving has not been put up yet so I cannot comment on that). The glass desk top arrived damaged, but the company were exceptionally fast in resolving the problem and a replacement top arrived the next day. Great customer service!
