Order a large volume of chairs from them over the years and suffered similar experiences with misquoted delivery dates but always received the goods. We just received a chair with a faulty back rest which, even after supplied pictorial evidence, they refused to accept back as faulty demanding a £54 return fee plus additional costs for repacking getting close to half the price of the chair before shipping.
As such I would not recommend using this company as they're fine if you get a good product, delivered on time but any issues and they will not assist.
