AVOID.Wish I could give 0 stars. Spent £190 on a chair. But it took ma few weeks to assembled and test. Has a mark on it. And the headrest wobbles and is useless. I also find it extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Their customer service team found any excuse for me not to exchange it.
I think a cactus 🌵 would be more comfortable and I will have to try and sell it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, CHAIR AND COMPANY, AVOID AVOID AVOID
