This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had and similar to all others who wrote their reviews here. They sent the shipment to a wrong address which is even not in my state!! UPS returned it. it is impossible to get in touch with them, they do not answer calls repeating - "we apologize for delay, we are experiencing higher then normal call volume". I can understand why, they have so many complains. They did not answer a single email I sent to their email address. So, evidently, they did not fulfill their obligations and they do not want to do anything with it. Do not use their service!!!
