I ordered some storage crates which were not well protected. They came cracked from transport. More than half of the order had misshaped lids from too tight strapping and won’t fit down. Have waited over a week now for driver pickup of my returns which are still at my gate labeled for return. I have an urgent need for these crates. Now I see a nearby town sells similar crates. Being rural I thought I’d save time and effort by ordering from office supply. It was a mistake.
