We ordered a coffee maker for our business on 16 Feb 2021...after several follow up calls to Officesupply.com.....lie after lie. spoke to a horrible customer service rep named Melissa....said the 3rd party distribution company wasn't get back to her another lie. The best part is that the next customer service rep I got told me it had been shipped on 16 Feb 2021....when I asked them to provide a shipping notice they couldn't...now what kind of system is that. They had no problem offering my money back because there was never a product available in my opinion. Let's see how smooth the refund process goes.Worst part no follow-up on my calls...if I would have read the reviews in advance of the order I wouldn't have ordered from them that's my bad. I believe any good review they have they probably created internally. Stay clear....poor business model.
