Had my order marked delayed for 2 weeks. Emailed the customer service and finally got my tracking number only for it to be marked delivered a week ago. They arranged a reshipment, still with no tracking number so I had to (again) email them for it. C’mon you would think there’s a more efficient way than having to reach out every time. Plus, they ship with some carrier that I’ve never heard of. They srsly need to up their game.
