Refused to allow me to return a box of unopened 2 oz portion cup lids. Apparently, I bought them as a "subscription" and a second (and unwanted) box was sent to me. They absolutely refuse to take them back because for some reason, they are an "nonreturnable" item. Guess what? I am now a "nonreturnable" customer now.
