I'm very happy that my ticket was reduced to get rid of my points and lower the fine, but the one complaint I would have is that there wasn't the greatest communication. I got a letter from the court saying that I would have to appear in January 2022 for the pretrial, but then it turns out my lawyer made the plea in August instead? It's all fine in the end, but I just would have liked to have been kept in the loop a little more. Thank you for the service, would use again.
