Looking for options to dodge a speeding ticket, I came across OTR and like you, I was skeptical. I thought "SCAM" for sure. Figuring I had little to lose since it was only about 100 for a retaining fee, I took a shot and waited it out. To my surprise, I got out of a "reckless driving" going +/-95 on the freeway. That should have been over a $400 out of pocket expense. Thank you OTR.
