First, my case was dismissed - so a huge win. I am grateful to have access to a service like OTR. Communication with OTR went very well and they found me a local attorney to handle my case. I would use them again and recommend them to others. I would have awarded a perfect five - star rating except for one communication/billing error that occurred while handling the citations.
