Wouldn't respond for months when I would message them asking for updates until they finally emailed saying the ticket was dismissed.
Although updates would have been nice to help ease my anxiety, they were very affordable, offered money back if they couldn't dismiss it, and did the job! So thank you guys, I appreciate all the help :)
