I turned in my citation to OTR and a description of what had happened. I paid the fee that was assessed by the online system and that was it.
I received an email about the case asking me a few questions and then it was on its merry way. I did not have to go to any court or do anything after that and the ticket was dismissed as it should never had been issued in the first place.
